Second Son and I had a late lunch at Akita Ramen, one town over from us. Chicken Karaage and a Pork Bun on the table, with a Kyoto Shoyu Ramen for him and a mini Chashu Don rice bowl for me. It was all very good, well cooked and presented. His Ramen was smoky and spicy, the pork was tender and sweet/sour in my rice bowl. I really liked the bun, the pickles were perfect with the sweet bbq. They do a lot of take out and they do it really well. I highly recommend if you are in the area.
