For our upcoming trip, we have yet to pick a venue for our last remaining meal. We have decided to drop the ’ established ’ stars like Alliance and Granite from our initial short-list and opted for a ’ new, up and coming star ’ instead.
This, in the hope that after our meal, when we return home, we’ll see them getting a star nd we can brag about our choice! Ha! 
( similar to our David Toutain experience!..when they get promoted from 1* to 2* a few months after our visit!
