I have not been to Ajihei since the menu change some two years ago, so the following review was very timely. Has anyone been there recently, and if so, how does it compare with the ‘old Ajihei’?

No, I have not. I am a little concern about diversifying in such a small restaurant. I will see if I can visit it soon.

Yeah seriously, I never knew there was a one man limited seating sushi shop in NJ. Very excited to check it out.
