I was recently at Torrance Farmer’s Market this past Saturday and noticed a new vendor called Adam’s Get Down Gumbo selling gumbo and jambalaya.
Has anyone ever heard or had this before?
I bought a jambalaya and it is fantastic. Great flavor, chicken is cooked so tender, and a nice spice zip from the andouille sausage. Definitely want to try their namesake gumbo now which I am regretting not getting one. Any reports?
Thanks for the info. I just checked their website… bummed they don’t go to the 2 biggest FMs locally (Santa Monica and Hollywood)! I’ll see if I can make it to one of the other ones to try this soon.
