I agree with the observation it’s closer to Beef Wellington than a burrito - not really much Mexican about it. (Well, maybe to a Brit that’s close to what’s considered Mexican food). Perhaps if it were wrapped in a giant tortilla?

Alas, too late to work on this for the Super Bowl party I’m going to this Sunday, but I am hungry for a burrito now.
