Interesting. I usually stay far TF away from Fb marketplace, bc it is populated by many a weirdo — but this might make me reconsider.

There is a lot of yummy looking food available here locally. I’ve only purchased corn tortillas and tamales on FB Marketplace.

I run several food groups over on the book of faces, and in one of them we have recurring offers from members for PR, Jamaican, Ethiopian, Indian, Persian, and Venezuelan.

I’ll be sure to take advantage of their offerings as well when we’re back in town :slight_smile:

I just went into the marketplace and someone is selling Palestinian falafel mix. Ready to form into balls and fry. I might go for some of that.

At a sales meeting, one of my Northern teammates asked where in Florida to get the best tamales.

I didnt miss a beat ans replied that I would go to the nearest laundromat and wait until someone’s abuela (grandmother) backs up to the curb and pops open the trunk.

The guy from up north was aghast and was sure I was joking…the guy from Miami busted out laughing said No, man…she’s 100% right.
