I just had their signature beef noodles. The portions were good – plenty of noodles, broth, and beef. Decent prices. Very clean venue and good service. The only room for improvement could be the thickness of their thin noodles – they could have been a tad thicker.

I will be back. It’s hard to have a good meal these days.

Hmm. Is this the Chef Liu who used to cook at China Village in Albany, CA, then somewhere in the Central Valley? Or do I have the name wrong.
