Now I want to visit your Guimarães villa. It looks lovely.
It appears that Bomjardim may (?) be resting on its laurels. We received a similar “service isn’t included” remark at the end of our meal at the tourist-filled Ramiro, which put a bit of a damper on our overall experience, although the meal was excellent. It’s a shame that this practice has crept into some of the restaurants featured in all of the travel guides.
I’m also happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Albergaria in Evora. It’s a charming place, isn’t it?
I’ve put Cova Funda in Lisbon on my list to try, as I’ve never been, and now have two thumbs up on this thread.
