The usually reliable Good Food Guide rates Core as the 3rd best restaurant in the UK - only beaten by L’Enclume in Cumbria and Nathan Outlaw in Cornwall. I’m hoping to eat at Core much later in the year, assuming I c an get a reservation (we’d be travelling to London just for dinner - so 400 mile round trip train journey and hotel to factor in to the costs)
