429 error msg when trying to knife & fork a post

the system is all messed up.
since a “nice post” of Jul 15, 2024, I have earned six “monthly 20%” badges.
they’ve all been granted in the last 19 hours . . .

badging and likes are totally separate issues. let’s not conflate the two. the badging notification happens when users are somewhere between the two badging tiers and thus the system keeps moving the users between the two tiers and notifying them each time.

Yeah, I see that myself too. I think if one’s activities are somewhat between the two threshold, the system just fluctuates between the two dependent on where one is on a given day. What it should be, is last month where a person is, grant the badge, and be done for the month. Some users of this forum software wrote the code that grants the badge. If there is SQL expert out there, please help improve the code. But, you are awesome either way- 10%, 20%!
