For Casa Morales the timing is the key! It has to be in dissonance with the dining habits of Spaniards. Otherwise you will not be able to get in… There are no reservations.

If you go at 9 pm, no way, unless you’ve mastered the art of bellying up to the bar Spanish style making your way confidently through a sea of regulars and getting the attention of the waiter. It is indeed an art form!![]()
Las Teresas opens at 10 and that’s the time I go for a mollete de jamón for a late breakfast. No tourists then, just locals.
