I only caught part of the José Andrés interview today. Ironically, I missed out because I was making dinner.
Tomorrow, 4/24, I’m really going to try to listen in to the conversation with Samin Nosrat (author of Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat) at noon!
Oh, I totally spaced and missed them. I’ll look for the archived sessions.
