I got to #6 which says French food is good but shouldn’t be the standard. I don’t know anyone who thinks this. Certainly French food has major influence but no way it’s the standard, and certainly not on the West Coast.
Otherwise, it’s just opinion and some makes sense but the way it’s presented is a little off putting and egotistical as someone mentioned. BTW, I can appreciate the vegetarian aspect but beef tallow fries, or duck fat fries can be excellent.

Fresca is a weakling compared to Jarritos grapefruit. Grape jelly elite? Cute. I hate it. Then again, I never liked PB&J. Love them separately, but hate the combo. Uff. It’s all opinion and , I think, made to be aggressively opinionated for fun. I agree on grapefruit, though. Love the stuff.
