I watched the first season and it wasn’t bad. Also liked Ciao House. I’m kind of a sucker for food shows. Watching all the seasons of Junior great bake off is my current obsession.

So did Ilan Hall (TC2). Although Stephanie was very much liked, unlike Ilan.
They also have Bryan Voltaggio and Elia Aboumrad from Top Chef.

Exactly! I didn’t want to mention she also Iron Chef and other Food Network “most important food competitions in the world” 
, but she also has successful restaurants! ( and I’m watching TC season 4).
Yes! I think I see a lot of Top Chef contestants.

Interesting - hadn’t heard of this, but I never tune to Food Network anymore.
other than easy money, I don’t understand why either. I just ate at her flagship restaurant and it’s still killing it.
Caught a replay of episode 1 last night. Kind of a fun show, but I didn’t understand why sometimes you had a team vs team, and then chef vs chef (I missed the first 10 mins or so). Surprised how many Top Chef alums are there - but I guess if it’s really about getting it all done in 24 hours, there’s not a huge time commitment.
One of the chefs is a chef in my home town who’s star is rising on the food scene (especially with a win on Chopped last year).
