Years ago we owned a wine and cheese retail shop. The American Cheese Society was a terrific source of information for us and we even went to their annual convention (in Louisville) one year. It’s in a different city each year. The educational (seminars and lectures) and networking opportunities there were invaluable. We even attended the ‘after party’ following the cheese awards judging. You could taste hundreds of cheese products all in one hotel ballroom.
