Day 2 of our eating itinerary includes a long-awaited Yakiniku Omakase dinner, featuring priced Usuanaga Tajima Kobe Beef, at a relatively new, modern and highly raved restaurant.
With our hotel providing a complimentary sumptuous buffet breakfast that features full arrays of popular selection of quality western and Japanese offerings, served at window tables with dazzling views of the city.
In preparation for the evening feast, we therefore decided to have a late breakfast and augment any hunger gaps with goodies found around our hotel neighbourhood. This includes of course a visit to the famous Kuromon Ichiba Food Market where the iconic Japanese wiggly/fluffy cheesecake creator, Rikuro is located!..so popular was this cheesecake place, 2 policeman were deployed outside of store for crowd control! Wow!
Beside food, for the rest of the day, we did the normal touristy roam around the vibrant and bustling Namba and Dotonbori districts…..occasionally picking up yummy snacks along the way.![]()
