A few last words and photos!
Anticipating we’ll be bringing back home, a whole bunch of goodies from La Belle Province. We decided to take the ‘slow’ high-speed train for our return trip home. After been on some ‘real’ 300+ km/hr, high speed trains like the French TGV, Spanish AVE, Eurostar, Japanese Shinkansen and Chinese HSR in the past years, we were all speechless when we noticed the ’ 160 km/hr MAX ’ speed indicator of our so called VIA rail, high speed train! 
However, our business class fare did offer us a nice dining options surprise! Rather than the usual dull and bland tasting chicken breast or Salmon options. Our menu actually offered us ’ Baked wild Atlantic Cod with Cream sauce ', BBQ Beef Brisket with Mac & Cheese and a Veggie Lasagne of Aubergine, Zucchinis and Mushrooms!
