gr is mini-chain, I had a sandwich to go once, it was ok. there’s one here on the ues, interested to hear what you think. I didn’t like lefertis either, years ago has a couple of good meals at santorini in sleepy hollow.
for carnegie hall I’d often try to get my wife to a ramen joint, imo. they are so much better than ramenesque, but though my wife likes ramen, she just doesn’t see it as dinner. In good weather on my own I’ve eaten at the good, nearby halal trucks, probably not the smartest decision before heading into a 3 hour concert at carnegie.
