I don’t know anything about this writer, but he’s got some different recommendations here than you might expect to see on some enumeration food journalism. As to Ninfa’s on Navigation, I’ve heard that the last change of hands sunk the quality we came to expect from the mothership. Last time I went, my dish was woefully not at all what was described and a huge disappointment (the fajita burger). But it happens that I will visit again today. I have the familiar excitement at the prospect of NON, I hope the meal does not disappoint.
