and it sounds like all these recommendations would result in needing a walk in freezer :smiley:

edit (I say this as I’m trying to work through everything that has found it’s way to the bottom of my basement chest freezer - my version of spring cleaning).

If you plan to store extra butter in the freezer or the fridge, prevent it from absorbing odors by wrapping individual bars in aluminum foil.

Perhaps the most important part, which I don’t see in the article, is USE WHAT YOU BUY! And buy what you use. @Sunshine842 I think both of our grandmas would agree on that :slight_smile:

Yes, it can be a PITA to keep track of everything, but it does save $$ in the long run. For me, the sight of a well stocked pantry is very comforting.
