Interesting that rankings do not correlate with population size eating those cuisines 
– rather it’s based on those who went to rate dishes on this website.
So I’m more curious about the demographics of their readers than the “rankings”.

I admit I love the Taste Atlas maps and depictions of various dishes, even if they’re missing some things I would add, or including some things I wouldn’t include most of the time.
Little bit sus, Italy taking 8 of the top 18 “Best Food Cities” spots. I love Italy, but…
