I can do the chair thing that men aren’t supposed to be able to do. Maybe because I was forewarned it would be difficult, but I thought about it for a moment and decided I needed to tense the muscles in the backs of my legs from calves to glutes to overcome the chest mass or COG problem, and really stand myself up hard in a jerking motion. Worked. But it wasn’t as easy as it seemed for the lady in the video.

The leg-threading thing I’ve seen/discussed with others when I was younger and I know women who can do it.

So mostly I guess these are entertaining but not terribly precise.
