Strategies for small cooking

Some months after this single dad sent his son off to college, the evidence is pilling up that I’m I’m cooking too much food. My fridge is, well, you don’t want to know. I end up throwing things out. I’m such a variety hog that I can’t eat the same thing for days.

I like to eat fresh, but my favored Asian grocers (such as they are in Indiana) are not close to me and directly out of my way.

So I know, II know: I need to be planfull (maybe even straightaway throw half of a new loaf of bread in the freezer). But I’m hopeful there are further approaches out there! Planfull is not my strong suit…
