$$ but not $$$ recs for Vegas strip

Hey all. Please help. There are SOOO many restaurants in and around the strip. Staying at the Venetian. No car. Aiming to travel on foot primarily so I’m hoping for recs within a mile of the Venetian.

Looking for all meals, any cuisine, but they can’t entirely break the bank (I saw the review for Majordomo but I can’t personally stomach a $200 pp tab for meat, veg, side). Strong preference for something with outdoor dining, or at least lots of air circulation (like I know the Venetian has an indoor plaza painted to look like you’re outside in Venice). If I can buy entrees for 3 (not inc drinks, tax, tip) for $100 or less, that is the bullseye. Thanks!

Bouchon at the Venetian, they have a terrace. Depending on what you order you could squeak in at $100.

Joe’s at Caesars, I dream about their crab bisque.

I like Raku. Off the strip. although their interior space was pretty small. I don’t know if they set up outside though since the pandemic.

John Curtas’s Blog is pretty good

http://www.eatinglv.com

2 annoyances-- one, he hasn’t switched over to the secure “https” from “http” so your browser will be al Danger!, Danger! Will Robinson!
Two, He uses the stack most recent article on top of the previous. The most recent, all about PARIS is really good but so loooong. You’ll have to scroll down to his LV 2021 summation & awards & he covers all cuisines & price points.

I knew I’d be headed to their bakery for breakfast pastries no matter what.

+1 to Bouchon, also it is in your hotel.

Estiatorio Milos - also in the Venetian - has a three course lunch special for $38. Greek restaurant with very good seafood.

Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano (another one in the Venetian) could fit too, very good handkerchief pasta with pesto.

I enjoyed Momofuku in the Cosmopolitan but I haven’t been in awhile. Less $ than Majordōmo Meat & Fish.

Outdoor dining - Spago in the Bellagio does have a patio and their signature smoked salmon pizza was very good, but it is more $$$$ than $$.

I know you asked for places on the strip, but off the strip in Chinatown, Raku is probably my favorite restaurant in Vegas. It would also fit in your price range as long as you stay away from the more extravagant items on the menu and specials board. If you go, don’t miss their house made tofu in various preparations, tendon skewer, foie gras skewer (ok this is a bit expensive) and excellent trumpet mushroom skewer.

Also off strip, Lotus of Siam.

Thank you. Can I ask - would either Raku or Lotus fit within the mileage radius of 1 mile ish or less from the Venetian? I know we can uber. Just trying to keep costs reasonable…

Looks like it’s not really walkable to Raku as its more than 2 miles away. LoS is a little bit closer but still more like a mile and a half.
