Don’t base your opinions on looks. This place needs repairs and updating, but the food is excellent and the owner is one of the friendliest guys you’ll meet. The big J and I shared two rotis: goat and chicken. Packed with meat and full of flavour, these will more than satisfy your cravings. The owner put a bottle of his house made hot sauce on the table for us to use with abandon and man, is this stuff good. Completely balanced heat and freshness. It’s like a very finely minced salsa. If someone funded a foray into bottling that sauce, he’d make a killing, it’s that good.
The website needs updating, as the prices have gone up, but the in-restaurant menu shows them as they are charged.
