Baking soda soak to remove pesticides

Sorry I can’t seem to link this properly. It says that soaking produce in a solution of 1 tsp baking soda to 2 cups water for at least two minutes before rinsing removes more surface chemicals than washing or extensive rinsing.

Good to know this, and it is so easy to do it.

Actually, there were a few studies which show both baking soda and vinegar (base and acid) can help remove much more pesticides than just washing with water.
