Which Bird Feeders do you Prefer?

Awwww! I had a hummingbird nest in a redwood outside my kitchen window.

( I didn’t get close so the picture is blurry)

One day there was a lot of wind, the mom (I assume) hung on for all she was worth, and the next day the eggs were gone.
I still tell myself they are all fine.

How cute! Those little hummingbirds are feisty, so I think they are ok too. Their little nests are so tiny and adorable.

This device has kept the ants and flying pests away from the hummer feeding station so far, so good this season. We just have Calliopes visiting this year. You hang your feeder from the bottom hook on this and the top hook on here attaches to your feeding stand. Ours is on a second story balcony hanging from a fancy garden shepherd’s crook. I found this at my local hardware store.
