8.50 for a cheeseburger with fries is a decent deal (provided the burger is tasty.) I would like to try this place but it’s not in my area.

And what’s so difficult to understand? The proteins are cooked sous vide. The ‘interactive’ aspect seems to be a mix and match approach. Just read the menu and you can figure it out.
Thanks for linking the menu! It wasn’t on their site when this discussion began almost 2 weeks ago. It sure would have filled in some of the gaps!

Huh, I never expected any convo about SSF to ever appear on the Boston. I really should check that place out. But yeah, that area is just the biotech corridor.
In any case, thanks for providing the address Thimes. I double checked but I was no where near the place (at least 10 miles out) for easy access. Alas.
