Mozart’s Bassoon Concerto in B-Flat Maj.
The first time I heard a bassoon was at a performance of Peter and the Wolf and I just fell in love with it. Unfortunately, the school music lessons and band did not allow bassoon so I was guided to play flute, then violin. Wanted to do drums but ‘girls don’t do drums’ BITD. Landed with guitar in my teens, that worked.:guitar:

Though here in western Europe it is a glorious sunny pre-spring week. Beautiful weather. What music really fits well with sunshine?

I have countless ideas but I’ll always have a softspot for balearic/electronic dance music, as it reminds me of the beach bars in Spain and Italy.

Underrated band… They were quite influential in the early 80s, for example with this song, party anthem for some of the NYC clubs. Wonderfully camp 80s video… :slight_smile: Also influenced Prince!
