They get many, many requests every day from everywhere any why should they spend significant resources and money on acknowledging or responding. You’ve got that right about “experience” as a notch in/on . . . . Keller’s staff’s cooking at Bouchon is/was tasty. In that neighborhood, we’d rather Bistro Jeanty, all said and done over the years.

One of the few restaurants with such bad service and attitude that we walked out before ordering anything - never has happened before for us. Bistro Jeanty truly sucks
