VALENCIA: Paella, etc. 11-12/24

Re-reading this, I noticed that I forgot to mention LLISA NEGRA, Chef Quique Dacosta’s restaurant in central Valencia. We had a fantastic dinner here. The restaurant is a design masterpiece, service was lovely, and we were thrilled.

Fideua with figatell (look similar to meatballs in the photo) and pears; they made this for us even though it was listed as not available on that evening–superlative!
