Hard to tell from the picture, but this is a perfectly med-rare grass-fed burger from The Abbey on Mass. Ave. in Cambridge. Very good fries, too. I had said to my husband before the burgers arrived that sometimes I find grass-fed burgers a little dry. Juice spilled out on my hands and plate on the first bite. Very good burger.

The Abbey is quite good, all round.
It’s one of these places one wants to write about, but somehow one doesn’t. Perhaps it’s too ethnic?
