Tesoro D'Italia opens in Pleasantville...

Made a flavorful return last night. It was nice to see the main dining room bustling with activity. While we sat in the bar/lounge we shared an order of Eggplant Rollatini , oozing with its ricotta, topped with red sauce and melted mozzarella. Followed this with an old favorite: Chicken Payard (their spelling), chicken breasts pounded thin sautéed and topped with endives, avocado, chunks of fresh mozzarella & tomato in a light mustardy balsamic sauce.
