I struggle with this (and now I will be skirting the wise “no politics” rule here on HO). When people speak their minds truthfully, as the Tatte owner did, they open themselves up to derision/cancel culture (which I adamantly don’t agree with). I feel that the race issue is not so black-and-white as a kid of immigrants. It’s an important discussion to have and when it affects people’s livelihoods, it’s even more so.
I’m not sure if dredging this old news up is relevant to the review.
