It’s down jackets and parkas when temps <70*f. 
I’m used to getting the side eye when I walk pass folks on the sidewalk in my shorts and t shirt.
Went up to a local mountain town once and had a great seafood dinner (???). Great to experience the differences in peeps in various parts of this island. It ain’t all about the Nationalist newcomers that dominate the language and such.
