Kindred spirit here! I am also obsessed with the steelhead trout they have at Pura Vida. That must be their standard description of it because my husband (who likes waiting in the fish line for the friendly banter with the vendors) said the same thing about it being what salmon used to be. I’ve never tried Aba’s falafel! Guess I’ll make a beeline there next spring.
