Spanish Table open on Clement in SF

If you see the Ortiz tuna (I get the oval can packed in Spanish oo), check it out. I could eat it right out of the tin.

Molinari’s Deli in North Beach instructed me to add capers, red onion and cilantro. I also add some Meyer lemon oo and a bit of champagne vinegar. Crazy good.

Went there yesterday on my way home from work. Beautiful store, lots of fun just to browse. Very cool that it’s in my neighborhood.

I picked up a couple bottles of their $9.99 Cava (Dibon Brut Reserve), which is quite good for the price, and some white anchovies (which we haven’t eaten yet–maybe New Year’s eve). I’ll have to go back for the tuna and some chorizo.

Watch for the coming expansion offering coffee and sandwiches. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
