A friend is in town for a few days, and he needed a hat. I located a store that happened to be on the same street as my favorite tights place, as well as one of the best burgers in town. After a successful visit to the hat store, which I highly recommend to anyone in town looking for a top, we made our way over to Goldies.
My PIC and I opted for a double cheeseburger with extra grilled jalapeños, our buddy got a single burger & the ridiculously ginormous side of fries.

We passed by an ice cream parlor on our walk back to our pad & got Persian pistachio and Alphonso mango sorbet. Nice.
We took him on a quick tour of the beautiful market hall near us, and while checking out the various Greek cookies at the Greek bakery
I saw that they, too, offer ekmek kadaifi 
, which this very happy girl bought for dessert later tonight 
Stopped in at the wine store for a bottle of rosé and Weissburgunder, and was tempted to get this:

Finally walked past the corner café on our street, where a pup was taking a nap in the sun. It really is a gorgeous day here today
