I’ve been eating at Boon Tong Kee ever since it opened in Balestier Road back in 1983.
The first edition of the Michelin Guide to Singapore was published in 2016. Yesterday, it announced the 2025 Bib Gourmand list and - at last - Boon Tong Kee has finally made it! Just so amazed that it took this long for it to make it into the guide!
