Yep. I walked all of mine through it at least twice each (having them actually remove and put the donut spare on, then reverse).
Next time they get a flat, they (the two who have gotten one) call me anyway…

I was surprised to see a French restaurant website use biscuits. Only once, though.
The Guardian has plenty of articles about cookies, the baked kind.
