Silliness & food funnies 2025

Reminiscent of If You Give A Mouse A Cookie, or any of its follow-on sequels (moose/cupcake, pig/pancake, etc).

Count yourself lucky if you don’t know this children’s book.

Super lucky if you don’t have to read it (them) daily to a toddler…

TBH I thought that was common knowledge.

And not surprising at all.

I showed this to my partner.

She gave me a huge side-eye and said “Well? Would it?!

I actually prefer that Mrs. ricepad NOT load things into the dishwasher, because she does it WRONG!

[It’s reasonably safe for me to say that here because she has no interest in HO.]

As has been mentioned many times before (maybe here, maybe not), “my dishwasher, my rules!”.

mts is alive, having survived the complete removal of what was left of the duodenum (from a 1/2024 surgery) and is now left with1/3 of her stomach and a little less than 4/5 of the liver. 6 weeks out and she is off the wonderful narcotics, working on negotiating stairs and eating about 3T. of food, or less, six times a day. Frequent naps and belly cuddles from the 17+# black cat are necessarily sheduled. Please, everyone, be the squeakly wheel with your healthcare! If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t be here. Peace, all✌
