I used to have to do mill trips as an engineer to the absolute armpit of Mississippi. The one redeeming factor was this biscuit, uh, trailer (an honest to goodness single-wide trailer refurbed to be a biscuit bar) that operated between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
It was always packed with a line out the door and the proprietor trying to shoo customers off the bar line as fast as possible. He offered fantastic biscuits with about 20 types of gravy in big bowls with ladles that we customers passed back and forth as requested. Besides top notch catshead biscuits, all of his gravies were killer shit.
Haha! I see about 15 of these every day. Ugliest vehicles on the road, excepting only the Honda Ridgeline.
