Yes, rabo de toro! Looking back, it was one of the standout dishes I had in Madrid (and even this year so far). Such beautiful comfort food: the meat was so deep in flavour but still light and elegant, and I love that they offer half portions for solo diners.
I’ve never been to La Catapa so can’t compare.
