Magic Mountain Playground in San Mateo is very close to all the Burlingame restaurants.
Beresford Playground is a good park, but its in a residential neighborhood, so it is only somewhat close to Hillsdale Mall and downtown San Mateo. I guess one can wolf down their Wakuriya kaiseki box in the park if they still offer them.
