Didn’t know where to tuck this, but saw Chef Laurence of Rubato on the new season Top Chef trailer! He’s been making cooking show rounds (this is the 3rd one I know of), so we’ll see how he does on this one. One of the quick cuts of a dish looked a lot like one of the dishes served a this first Night dinner series. Really curious how that dish gets judged.
