You’re right. It’s not good to compare and I do my best not to. Prices I can overlook - on the whole you get more for your money here in Toronto. What I can’t overlook: Large portions that preclude ordering much variety (I love smaller dishes) and prices above my budget, which is ever-tightening. Things are tough everywhere so I’m going cautiously. I just don’t have the money I used to have

I might try curryish tavern. Maybe a delivery option first. It’s priced high so will test waters before jumping in.
