There’s a Via Mercanti for Neapolitan closer to Wilson. 1954 Avenue Rd.
There are several Italian restaurants on Avenue North of Lawrence with apparently some good pizza, too, which I have not tried. I lived fairly close until 2015, and I used to visit one of the restaurants, but I’m out of the loop now.
