I was afraid it might be borderline crass to ask about the money, buy yes, I did wonder about it! Less than $10 per person–that is pretty good, I’d say, though you’re probably being way modest about the in-house extras-- “all the sugar” – !!

Could you still make 3 cakes but in smaller sized pans? for me, it’s really tough to cut back when my “want to try this” list is long and I have the incentive / excuse of a get-together to cook for.
