To @ninkat and anyone else interested, this is what we did. Our two week itinerary…

Flew to Porto via Lisbon (TAP)
Porto - 4 nights (day trips to Bom Jesus/Guimaraes, and Duoro Valley)
Rented a car from Flashrent, a small private operator, half the price of any competitor.
Drove to Tomar, stopping at Aveiro and late lunch at Rui dos Leitões
Tomar - 2 nights (full day trip to Batalha, Alcobaça, Obidos)
Drive to Evora via Castelo de Vide and Marvao
Evora - 3 nights (one day trip to Herdade do Esporão, Monsaraz, and one morning to Cortiçarte, cork manufacturer), stay at Convento do Espinheiro. Amazing place!
Drive to Sintra via Almada and Sanctuary of Christ the King
Sintra - 2
Return car in Lisbon
Lisbon - 3

I had to do a little investigating as I kinda forgot the name, but its this Sunday at Colonia Verde. Looks like tix are sold out but maybe you can pull some strings?
