UKโs spelling is the same as that used in Hong Kong: cha siu bao. I think it takes a leaf out of Chinaโs hanyu pinyin spelling system. 
In Singapore and Malaysia, we still spelt it the way itโs pronounced - ironically, thatโs how even the Hongkongers themselves would pronounce it!
